This three years Course is divided into 6 Semesters of 6 months each, with a Final Examination to award the B.Com. Graduate Degree. This course is offered in both Regular and Distance Education modes.

Bcom Course Admission Eligibility

For regular mode Bcom Admission in university colleges, the Students who passed Higher Secondary 10 +2 Course with 50% aggregate Marks are eligible for Admission. Students who studied commerce subjects in class 12th can apply for Bcom Admission. Students must have Mathematics as a main subject in class 12th for Admission to another Bcom Course Bcom(Hons). For Distance learning or correspondence, Bcom Course Admission, no minimum percentage in class 12th is required. Students who Passed class 12th with commerce subjects are eligible to apply for distance education Bcom Course.

Bcom Course Admission Process

The Admission Process for regular Bcom Courses is done mainly on Merit Basis, based on earlier Marks obtained in the Plus-2 Exam. But Nowadays, the Bcom Admission Universities take Bcom Course Admission based on scores in CET, the common entrance test. There are varying Entrance Exams for Admission, such as — IPU CET, NPAT, CUSAT CAT, BHUUET; UPES DAT; and CUET, etc.

For distance education, Distance learning, and Correspondence mode, Bcom Admission Students have to apply online at the Distance education portal of the concerned University where they want to join the course.
