BCA Course Admission Eligibility
Candidates who have Passed the class 12th senior secondary Higher Secondary 10 +2 Exam, in any Stream, with mathematics subject from any Recognized Boards with 50% marks are eligible for BCA Admission. The minimum age limit is 17 years. This course is available in regular mode and distance education learning mode. In regular mode, Students have to attend a traditional college. For distance learning education or correspondence mode, students can study at home and all the books and materials provided by the University where they applied to study the BCA course.
BCA, the Bachelor of Computer Application course Admission Process
The Admission Process for BCA courses in regular mode is through Entrance Exams. There are various Entrance Exams AIMA, UGAT, IPU CET, SUAT, GSAT, SRMHCAT, KITEE BCA, etc. All students have to appear for the CET exams conducted by these Universities. After qualifying for the Common entrance test, the students must attend the counseling session where they are alloted to the colleges for BCA course Admission.
Some Universities Admit BCA Students based on the Marks obtained in the Qualifying Exam — namely, Higher Secondary class 12th senior secondary exam.
For distance learning education BCA Admission, Students can apply online at the concerned University Distance education Admission portal.
The Candidates can choose the Specialization Courses from among many available in each college.
